AOD 9604 is a modified form of growth hormone, which is a 191 amino acid peptide. The last 15 amino acids (176-191) of the growth hormone polypeptide have been replicated into a specific peptide, called GH Frag 176-191 or AOD 9604.
AOD 9604 has been approved by the FDA and is often marketed as an anti-obesity drug. In particular, AOD 9604 is known for reducing belly fat without affecting blood sugar levels, preventing non-fat foods from turning into body fat, and regulating metabolism. In addition, AOD 9604 can improve the body’s response to healing, promote cell growth, and heal muscles torn due to strenuous exercise.
Reduce body fat
The release of fat from obese adipocytes is mainly more than that of lean adipocytes
Mimics the way natural growth hormone regulates fat metabolism
No adverse effects on blood sugar or growth
AOD-9604 stimulate lipolysis
Inhibit fat production, that is, the conversion of non-fat foods into body fat
AOD 9604 has been proven to have very beneficial cartilage repair and regeneration properties, especially when used with peptide BPC 157.
AOD-9604, also known as Tyr-hGH Frag 176-191, has been proven to have strong fat burning ability and will not produce the desire to overeating. It will not affect blood sugar or tissue growth. (Heffernan 2001, Heffernan 2001, Wu 2000). AOD-9604 activates degradation and fat burning (oxidation) by not using hGH receptors. It has its own mechanism of action independent of hGH. Studies on rodents, pigs, dogs and humans have determined the mechanism of AOD-9604, which mainly triggers the release of fat from obese fat cells and helps reduce the accumulation of new fat in fat cells and increase fat burning. The extraordinary thing about AOD-9604 lies in its ability to reduce abdominal fat storage.
The second most effective fat-reducing peptide is CJC-1295, because it causes an increase in overall GH levels in the body (contrary to what usually happens with an individual’s age), which explains one
of the reasons why people tend to increase fat and get older. If your sole goal is to lose fat, it’s usually best to avoid GHRP (GHRP-6, GHRP-2, or GHRH) products because they may cause you the side effects of increased hunger and cortisol. AOD-9604 does not increase hunger or cortisol.
Based on research to date, Calzada claims that AOD-9604 is “very safe”.
However, Wittert said it is too early to say whether the drug can be used safely in the long term.
In a short-term study, some obese people who injected AOD-9604 experienced headaches, chest tightness, heart palpitations, and euphoria, which were thought to be drug-related.
“We simply don’t know what happens with repeated intravenous or subcutaneous (subcutaneous) injections,” Witte said.
He said that evidence on oral administration can only be obtained from studies that lasted six months.
